Marco Pallanti and Lorenza Sebasti Pallanti chose to raise their family here, while producing wine and olive oil and developing their collaboration with the artists of the Galleria Continua in San Gimignano. Growing and Guarding presents the places and the works on display in Castello di Ama, tracing a path between food, wine, art and landscape.Works by great artists sit among olive groves, in the courtyards and in the hidden corners of Ama.
